Terms & Conditions
All workshops/tours will be charged in full, on the date of booking.
1.1 If the client requests to cancel the workshop/tour at least 14 days before the workshop/tour date, then the client is entitled to a 50% refund.
1.2 If the workshop/tour is cancelled by the client within 14 days of the workshop/tour date, then the client is not entitled to a refund.
1.3 The Client must make any cancellations in writing by email to - richardbirchettphotography@gmail.com
After booking the workshop/tour the client will receive an email confirmation of their workshop/tour, along with an invoice and a receipt soon after payment is received.
Richard Birchett reserves the right to make amendments to the itinerary of the workshop/tour, however if the amendments are such that the client will be unduly impacted, then Richard will contact the client and the client will be provided with the following options:
(2.1) Accept the stated amendments.
(2.2) Book an alternative day or workshop/tour.
(2.3) Request a refund IAW 1.1, 1.2 above.
In the event that the workshop/tour has to be cancelled due to environmental factors, the client will be offered to rebook the workshop/tour for a different date, or book a different workshop/tour of same value.
The client should understand that all wildlife workshops/tour involve working with Wild Animals, outside of the captive environment, and therefore an amount of flexibility and understanding is required. In the unlikely event that wildlife doesn’t show up, the client will be offered another workshop/tour at a discounted rate for a future date to be discussed.
Richard Birchett Photography does not accept any responsibility for the loss of, or damage of any items or personal effects owned by the client, nor does Richard Birchett Photography accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused to the client. Any such loses are solely the responsibility of the client.
Richard Birchett Photography does not accept any liability for death, physical injury, illness or any other harm caused to the client.
The client agrees to keep wildlife workshop/tours locations confidential in order to protect the wildlife from unnecessary disturbance.
The client agrees not to return to the locations visited on their workshop/tour for the purpose of promoting their own workshops/tours.
The client is not permitted to disclose locations visited on their workshop/tours, this includes locations on social media.
Richard Birchett reserves the right to stop any workshop/tour, if he feels that the behaviour of the client, or could have, a detrimental impact on the wildlife. If this situation were to occur no refunds or future workshops/tours will be offered to the client.
By paying for the workshop/tour the client agrees to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
