This was the finest Red Deer Stag I have ever captured on camera, although not all visible in this image it had a total of 23 points. These types of Deer have almost disappeared from our landscape due to being culled, sadly they never reach to this ripe old age. I’m glad I had the pleasure of sharing some special memories with this fine mammal.
